Did you have any problems with your purchase?
Did they contact you regarding your order?
Did they reply to your emails?

I bought 3 items on 5th feb and they posted 1 item on the 20th! When i ring no-one answers, when i email them i never get a reply. My last email was about me wanting a refund for the items not received (plus the item i did receive was damaged!!)

I really don’t know what to do next!

I’ve never dealt with them..but if you paid with a credit card, I would call the credit card company and file a dispute. Sometimes it has to be done in writing. Keep copies of your documentation showing that you attempted to contact them.

I went to their site and they have a list where you can buy from a retailer..perhaps call one of them up to purchase what you want…or to get their feedback on dealing with them.
