IntrAbolic or Purple Wraath?

Okay, so I am looking for a good intra-workout supplement for further gains. I did a free sample of Purple Wraath from bodybuilding.com and I really liked it. But from what I’m hearing IntrAbolic is just better hands down vice Purple Wraath’s 90 servings per tub… So let me know your opinions—

I think they are all good supplements. Also, you should limit you’re cardio (running/ aerobics/ dance/ etc ..) and focus on stretching/ strength exercise to gain muscle instead. I recommend checking out this website below. It has tons of helpful tips on gaining muscle. Hope this help.

Once your baby is on a certain formula, do you keep them on it?

For example, if you have free samples of another brand, or a good coupon, can you buy that brand and use it, and then go back to your former brand? My baby is 4 weeks and he’s on Similac Advance Early Shield. I’m just wondering. His doctor said switching brands is fine and any brand is fine, but I wondered if moms out there stick to one brand only.
Oh, and please for Gods sake do not tell me that Breast milk is best or ask why I’m not breastfeeding. I did try and due to many problems I am only able to produce enough to help supplement so this is not an option for me at this point. And I already feel like a failure and wanted badly to breastfeed, so I really do not need any more guilt, thank you.

I tried a few different brands, but only found that NESTLE GOOD START formulas were the BEST!!!
I do not work for them or anything, I just LOVED how my baby had absolutely no stomach issues.

it may cost a little more, BUT, it was well worth it because my baby never ever had sleep issues!!!
To this day she sleeps 10 – 12 hours without waking up. She is 5 now.

I am 3 mos pregnant now, will breast feed then use Nestle for SURE!!!

Is there a "trick" to get results from the pink patch?

Howdy. So I bought into the gimmicks and got the free sample of the Pink Patch. I used the 6-day trial and noticed no difference in cravings or energy level. (I did have a little bit of trouble going to sleep which is very unusual.) No weight loss, in spite of pushing it extra hard at the gym, and watching what went into my mouth.

So I thought maybe I didn’t use it long enough, so I let them send me the 30-day package. It’s 6 days into that (so that’s 12 days total with a 3-day break). I’ve not budged a single ounce. My diet is consistently healthy (tons of vegetables, rice, some fruit, low fat dairy, sufficient protein, lots of water), and I work out about 45 minutes daily doing appropriately paced cardio. So, all the elements are there. It seems like the patch may just be another piece quackery but before I throw in the towel, just want to throw it out there for input. I never use things (pills, supplements, etc.) like this, so willing to give it benefit of the doubt!

Hi there. i like you bought into the system, but managed to cancel before the 30-days supply was ordered. And I like you had serious trouble trying to sleep! Infact for 6 days I was an insomniac, with about 2 hours poor sleep a night.
As regards weight loss, I didn’t budge a pound either. Then I looked closer at the website and it said "use in conjunction with a healthy diet" so basically I think it is purely a placebo. You’ll just end up trying to eat healthy while using it and it’ll be that’ll lose the weight, not the patch itself.
In my opinion you’ll be better off saving the £40 odd/month and using towards a gym membership cos it’ll be so much more worthwhile in the long run.
Nice to hear of someone elses experiences with it.
