We would like free samples for health, beauty, food, etc. Any ideas on where to find them. I went on a couple of websites, but the surveys were very long to take. Any suggestions?

If you go to your local mall, places like younkers have samples if you ask. They'll try to sell you things but just ask to sample something and they'll usually let you! =)

or do we need this cholesterol as well?

No, no,no. Health is the most important thing for one's body. You want to be and stay healthy, you need to eat all natural and organics. The package can state "free from cholesterol" but read the ingredients. If you can't pronounce it, then don't buy it. A lot of products out there is full with poison (especially cancer causing ingredients). The FDA allows the food industry to "disguise" their poisons with names that you can't even pronounce. People should start asking themselves why is Autism on the rise and rising higher every year. What is causing millions of kids to be "diagnosed" with "ADHD" and need to take drugs everyday. Why is cancer so out of control in the U.S. Blame it all on the FDA. Our day of deliverance is coming.

I mean like stickers, pens, magnets, toothbrushes, etc. BESIDES calling around, I am looking for web links to sites.

The only way you can get it free is if you have a sponsor pay for the advertising. Your best bet is to check with health organizations in your area to see if they want to donate items to give away.
